Electronic gift voucher:
We will send an electronic gift voucher by e-mail with a preliminary transfer of the price of the selected treatment later.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, are not refundable, cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, or can be used to purchase another gift card.

Gift vouchers and passes are valid until the date indicated on them, or until march 31, 2025 YURU Japanese Head Spa is not responsible for situations where a gift voucher has expired and its owner wants to redeem it after the expiry date, except if there is no availability in the booking system before the expiry date, in which case the booking date will be taken into account, only in in case the guest indicated the need to use the gift voucher when booking the appointment.
