Salon terms and regulations
You can order the services of the salon by paying the full price of the service after booking an appointment. The purchased service is performed at the time booked by the Guest.
For hygiene reasons, hair care and cosmetic products purchased in the salon cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective or damaged.
Request for services
We ask all our guests to make an appointment in advance to use the services of our salon through the appointment booking system available on the website.
During the reservation, the full fee for the service must be paid through the SimplePay payment system, which requires a bank card or credit card.
Please inform the operator of your health problems or allergies in the comments section when booking, but no later than before the start of the treatment.
We ask all our guests to arrive exactly at the most booked time, we cannot always provide the service more than 15 minutes late.
Waivers
We ask all our Guests, if they cannot come at the booked time – as early as possible, but no later than 48 hours before the booked time – to let us know so that we can accommodate another guest at the free time. In case of cancellation 48 hours before the appointment, the full amount of the treatment paid in advance will be refunded.
In case of cancellation 24 hours before the appointment, we will charge a fee equal to 50% of the planned service.
In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours or in the absence of a cancellation, or in the event of a delay of more than 15 minutes, a fee equal to 100% of the planned service will be charged, regardless of whether the service can be performed.
Treatment is contraindicated in the following cases:
⁃ Unfortunately, we cannot accept people wearing hair extensions.
⁃ Treatment is not recommended for children under the age of 14.
⁃ Neurological conditions in which remaining still and lying down is difficult
Please inform your therapist of any health conditions, allergies or pregnancy in the notes section when booking, or at the latest before the treatment begins.
Gift voucher, pass
Gift vouchers and passes can be purchased directly in the salon, or by phone or e-mail at info@yuruheadspa.hu, after which our staff member will contact you.
Gift vouchers shall be posted or will be sent by e-mail after the reimbursement of the price of the chosen treatment and postal costs.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, are not refundable, cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, or can be used to purchase another gift card.
Gift vouchers and passes are valid until the date indicated on them, or, failing that, for 2 months from the date of issue. The expiration date cannot be extended. YURU Japanese Head Spa is not responsible for situations where a gift voucher has expired and its owner wants to redeem it after the expiry date.
If you wish to redeem a gift voucher, please inform us of this at the time of booking.
